Bryan Vidrine Bryan Vidrine is a lifelong resident of Evangeline Parish. He is married to Shantel Vidrine. He has two children, Caleb, married to Alyssa, and Caitlyn, and two bonus children, Elizabeth and Cayden. He also has one grandchild, CJ Vidrine. He is a 1999 graduate of Fire Science at LSU in Eunice. He worked from 2000-2009 in the powerline industry as a safety professional (Certified Occupational Safety Specialist) and 2009 until present in the insurance industry where he is currently employed as a Risk Control Consultant. Locally, Bryan serves as the Juror for District 7 in Evangeline Parish where he was elected in 2007 and continues to serve presently. He served as vice president in 2010 and 2011 and President in 2012,2013, and 2022. He has also chaired several committees over the years. Regionally, he served as Region 7 President in 2012 and is the current Region 7 executive board member. Nationally, he is a current member of the Rural Action Caucus, International Economic Development Task Force, and the Membership Committee with the National Association of Counties (NACO). Bryan is a current member of the Sacred Heart Church and Knights of Columbus as a third-degree knight. Bryan is very active in his community and volunteers with several civic organizations. Bryan is an avid outdoorsman and supporter of 2nd amendment gun rights. Vidrine states, "I have spent a majority of my life serving others so that our quality of life is safe and sound. It is a pleasure for me to be able to serve my fellow elected officials on the executive board and share my experiences with them so that they may better serve their community." |
