*An “ATTENDEE” is a parish government elected official and/or employee or company/sponsor representative. “Guest” designation is reserved for spouses, family members, etc. “Guest” does not include parish employees/officials or company/sponsor representatives. Pricing and Payment Information - Early Bird/Advanced Registration rates must be paid in full by the respective registration deadline.
- Payments received or postmarked by the Early Bird/Advanced registration deadlines will be subject to the respective reduced rates.
- Payments received or postmarked after the Early Bird/Advanced registration deadlines are subject to regular registration fees, and the PJAL will issue an invoice to the registrant for the remaining balance, if any.

Please Note: Must Pay Guest Fee for Children 12 and over to Attend Functions Cancellation information - To be eligible for a refund, written notice must be provided to Cobi Smith, cobi@lpgov.org, by January 29, 2025.
- Refund requests will be processed after the conclusion of Convention.
- The refund amount, either in full or in part, is subject to the discretion of the PJAL. There will be a cancellation fee of $125.
The Police Jury Association of LA is not responsible for any Acts of God or other emergencies that may alter our convention schedule and will not consider refunds due to these acts/emergencies. The Association reserves the right to reject any application for registration. Please mail check to:
