 Donna
Harrell has served the Police Jury Association of
Louisiana for over 24 years and is an Administrative
Assistant. He primary duties are coordination of
exhibitors for the Association's annual convention and
the coordination of the Association's region meetings.
Donna also has the primary responsibility for the
maintenance of current information in the Association
database.
Donna is a native of Baton Rouge and has three sons;
Charles Ray, Brad and Gary. She has also been
blessed with happy, healthy grandchildren. She
spends her "idle" times at her camp on the river.
