Treasury to Host Cooperative Endeavor Agreement Training Seminars

The Louisiana Department of the Treasury will be hosting a series of training seminars statewide for local governments, non-profits and other appropriation recipients beginning August 21. The seminars will provide assistance with the completion of cooperative endeavor agreements and attachments for line item appropriations contained in Act 18 of the 2007 Regular Session.

Items on the seminar agenda include assistance with the completion of cooperative endeavor agreements and attachments A, B, C, D, D-1, E, E-1 and W-9; a review of Division of Administration guidelines; a discussion about due dates of cost and progress reports; and an overview of the required documentation to be submitted.

Staff from Treasury’s Fiscal Division will be on hand at the following locations and times to help make the cooperative endeavor agreement process as easy as possible.
