MISSION STATEMENT
As the demands on parish governments continue to grow, the role of the OPAO is also increasing. As an advocate for parish government, we are also an advocate for citizens. We are commissioned to take proactive measures on behalf of our parishes, and its citizens, to improve the quality of life, assure public safety and future progress of parishes as they compete to make Louisiana an attractive place for business and residents.
